Gran Rummy - Storyboard Thumbnails, Personal  Project

These are the storyboard thumbnails I drew based on a 'dramatised' personal experience.

When I was young, my family would visit and stay at my Grandma's. I used to wake up very early in the morning and go down to the kitchen, this is where I discovered my Grandma was also an early riser. To keep me amused we would play cards - she taught me 'Snap', then 'Rummy', and then 'Gin Rummy'. She started off letting me win, then as I learned and got better, she stopped letting me win and we got more competitive!

The story I drew above is based on this idea.
